Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
Earrings and intimate jewellery are non-returnable for hygiene reasons
To Start a Return:
Please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return shipping address.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Original shipping charges are non-refundable (where shipping is free an admin charge of £3.99 will apply)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
