Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help! You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:

  • Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • We also don’t accept returns on sale items.

How to Start a Return
Just drop us an email at hello@pvgs.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you the return address. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by us.

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item. If everything looks good, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. (It might take a little longer depending on your bank.)

If items are damaged, worn, or show signs of use, we won’t be able to offer a refund. Also, any gift boxes, freebies, or bundle items not returned will be deducted from your refund total.

Important: Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first, as we won’t be able to process it.

Oh no! If your order isn’t quite right—whether it’s damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered—please get in touch as soon as possible at hello@pvgs.co.uk.
Include your order number, a quick description of the issue, and a few photos so we can sort it out for you right away.
